WEDDINGS AT BLUE SPRING MANOR

Blue Spring Manor is an eight-room bed and breakfast with luxury accommodations offering itself as a beautiful location for a romantic Alabama wedding. Situated on 10 acres of manicured lawns and wooded areas, the property also includes Blue Spring Branch fed by fresh artesian springs.

Amid these grounds are many possible sites for wedding ceremonies and receptions or any other special event. Inside the house the maximum number seated is 50, standing 100. The grounds can serve 250-300.

We host only one large wedding or event at a time. There are no strict time restrictions for any event. We plan our timetable based on your needs. All of our events are customized to your specifications specifications and we offer several pricing packages to help you plan your perfect Birmingham, AL wedding.

Blue Spring Manor will work with you to coordinate all professionals that are required to make your event what you want it to be.

Step 1: Initial contact

Step 2: Arrange a visit to the property

Step 3: Schedule an initial planning meeting (work with Blue Spring Manor to coordinate items needed and people involved in planning)

Step 4: Total event pricing will be calculated by Blue Spring Manor and delivered

Step 5: A final planning meeting may be needed just prior to event date

Blue Spring Manor Prices:

Blue Spring Manor requires that you have an experienced coordinator to work with you on your wedding ceremony and reception process. If you do not have someone to fill this position we can provide that person. Below is a description and price.

Coordinator: Meet with the Bride and others of her choice to plan the event (2 work sessions) Help her think through every detail, and help her know what to plan and how to plan it.

Conduct the rehearsal.

Be at the wedding site 2 hours before the wedding to assist the Wedding Party. Work with photographer to get pictures made. Distribute bouquets and boutonnières. Assist in directing guests to seats. Direct the flow of the wedding.

Reception Package:

Be on hand for 3 more hours

Direct flow of traffic

Assist with cake cutting, first dance, garter & bouquet, leave taking, etc.

Bring reception to a close

Help the family gather gifts etc.

Price: $300

Consultation Only - $100/ per person for three hours

BLUE SPRING MANOR WEDDING PRICE

Wedding and Reception: $17 per person + tax - $18.87

Wedding or Reception: $10 per person + tax - $11.10

This price includes rental of the first floor of the house, grounds, and any equipment that Blue Spring Manor owns that fits your wedding needs. Also, we meet with you and plan with you to make your wedding just as you would have it. We will work with any professionals that you choose, manage your event and the property during your event, parking, and clean up.

What is not included in this price is: food, photography, flowers, linens, wedding site chairs, and any other rentals and staff that would be required based on your request.

All other items including spa services and overnight rooms are priced separately.
