Cancellation Policy

If cancelled with more that 5 days notice, no cancellation fee; cancellations within 5 days incur a $50 cancellation fee. Bookings within 5 day period still responsible for $50 cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be responsible for the full room rate.

Spa Appointments and Cancellation Policy:

Appointments for services 60 minutes or greater and all spa packages are guaranteed by major credit card. All cancellations require a 24 hour notice or there will be a charge of 50% of scheduled treatments. A full service fee will be charged to your credit card for no-shows or cancellations within one hour of your scheduled appointment time. All services require a reservation. We cannot guarantee that all services will be available at any given time. We will make our very best effort to accommodate you or offer alternative services when a particular service is unavailable.
