OFF-SITE CORPORATE MEETINGS

Blue Spring Manor has a variety of locales available within the inn that are perfect for small off-site corporate meetings. The conference room seats up to fifteen people and can support computer applications. The Red Rooster Dining Hall can also be used for meetings and seats up to twenty-five people. The living room area can be set up to accommodate slightly larger groups. All meeting rooms rent for $200.00 per day.

Following are SAMPLE menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 3.00 per person fee is charged for All Day Set-up. All meals can be adapted to fit you and your employees needs including any dietary restrictions or allergies. Cocktail hours can be arranged.

Breakfast:

Muffins and Fresh Fruit Buffet $ 10.00
Seated Eggs Benedict with fresh fruit $15.00
Seated Country Breakfast $15.00-Includes eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and a Fresh fruit course

Lunch: $15.00 per person. Upgrades available

Dinner:

Shrimp Marinara with Feta atop Angel Hair Pasta $20.00*
Bone in Pork Loin Chops or Ashley Farms Organic Chicken served with Seasonal Sides, Salad, and bread. $22.50
Grilled Filet Mignon served atop your choice of $35.00* Mashed Potatoes or Parmesan Mushroom Polenta

*Price includes salad, entre'e, two sides, bread, tea, water and coffee. Dessert begins at $6.50 per person.
