Keep things simple during your stay at the Blue Spring Manor; rather than traveling to many different dining establishments for each of your meals, enjoy a fine dining experience in our own Alabama restaurant, the Red Rooster Dining Hall. You may make reservations to sample our gourmet menu options for any meal you’d like while a guest with us. You don’t have to be a guest of the Inn to come and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the Manor and the delicious meals we serve; please take a moment to look over the dining options available at the Blue Spring Manor, a bed and breakfast inn near Birmingham, AL.
MORNINGS at BLUE SPRING MANOR
Regularly served in our Red Rooster Dining Hall on tables made of imported mahogany, a full-seated breakfast is a part of every stay at Blue Spring Manor and included in our overnight room rates. Weather permitting breakfast may also be served on one of our verandas and offer maximum opportunity to watch our fabulous population of native Alabama birds feasting at our many feeders and shrubs planted to attract different species. Time for your morning meal is flexible. Guests may request the time that best meets the needs of their stay. Menus are pre-determined by Blue Spring Manor for overnight guest.
It is important to us to know about dietary needs and preferences when you make your reservations in order to best plan our menus.
Coffee service is available in the parlor by 7am.
A hot tea buffet is available at all times.
Brunch may also be arranged if requested at least a week in advance.
Family members or friends may join our overnight guest for breakfast or brunch for $15 per person plus tax and gratuity if prior arrangements are made.
18% gratuity will be added for groups of 7 or more.

LUNCHING at BLUE SPRING MANOR
Come and enjoy the wonderfully peaceful surroundings at The Manor. In the spring, summer, and fall stroll through the gardens, walk the trails, swing on the verandas, sit by the pool, or wander down to the fresh water spring and visit the Koi. In the cooler months sit by the fire and relax before or after lunch. If the rooms are available, you may also tour the inside of the house, all of this, plus lunch.
All lunches are served by reservation only and one menu is chosen for all members of a group. It is our practice at Blue Spring Manor to use the freshest and most seasonal ingredients to prepare all dishes. When available we use fresh herbs and vegetables from our gardens. All of our soups, sauces, and dressings are made fresh in house.

For Groups of 8 or less - $20 + tax and gratuity
For Groups of 9 or more - $20 + tax and staff cost

Dine on one of our verandas, in the herb garden courtyard, in The Red Rooster Dining Hall, and for overnight guest that choose the third floor an in room option can be made available with prior notice.
All evening meals are served by reservation only. It is best if we have at least a 5 day notice.
Cost: $16.50 - $45 plus tax plus gratuity
